The cleaning service from Helpling can be booked starting from 30.90 CHF per hour. The minimum booking time is 2,5 hours. There are no extra costs and VAT is already included.
Right after booking you will receive a confirmation email from us. We select the cleaner that fits your needs and will confirm your cleaning appointment.

Every customer is different and if it’s the cleaner’s first visit to your home, it’s good to give them some guidance. When your cleaner arrives, give them a tour, highlight your priorities, and point out any fragile surfaces or items. Don’t forget to show the cleaner where to find your cleaning products and if you have any preferences or surfaces that need special care, make sure to let your cleaner know.
Please have all the important cleaning supplies at hand: Vacuum cleaner, mop with a bucket, all-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, lime scale and calcium deposit remover, toilet cleaner, various cloths/sponges.
We strongly recommend that you are home for the first clean of your booking to show your cleaner around. Many customers choose to give a spare key to their cleaner after the first appointment and schedule the clean while they are at work.
