Cancellation 2 days or more before the appointment
No cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is canceled 2 full days prior to the scheduled appointment. For example, if cleaning is scheduled on Friday at 09:00, cancel by Wednesday before 09:00 to avoid fees
Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment
If a booking is canceled between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the initial invoice amount will be charged.
Cancellation between 24 and 12 hours before the appointment
If a booking is canceled between 24 and12 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the initial invoice amount will be charged.
Cancellation less than 12 hours before the appointment or during the cleaning
If the cleaning cannot take place for a reason for which you are responsible*, or if the booking is canceled 12 hours before the appointment, the full amount for the cleaning will be charged as a cancellation fee.

*This includes in particular, but not exclusively: address or apartment cannot be found due to incorrect name or address details; incorrect names on the doorbell or front door; customer is not present and cannot be contacted at the start of the order; access to the property of the booked cleaning is not granted.

Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments
If one or more appointments get canceled up to 48 hours. before the appointment, the minimum booking duration gets automatically extended by the number of canceled appointments. The additional appointments have to take place within six months after the end of the minimum booking duration. If all these appointments do not take place within this deadline, Helpling will charge a termination fee of CHF 100.
Cancellation before the end of the minimum booking duration
Helpling charges a cancellation fee of CHF 100 if the contract is terminated before the end of the minimum contract period.
Appointments after the end of the minimum booking duration
After the end of the minimum booking duration, appointments will continue to be planned and invoiced, according to the chosen booking details. A termination of the contract is possible and free of charge via email to [email protected] or via the app, up to 3 days after the last event. Without any action on the customer side, the contract will be automatically renewed with the same conditions.
