We train our cleaners on a regular basis in order to maintain a high quality standard. They also receive numerous tips through the app while on assignment. Our employees learn hygiene standards, such as the 4-color system.

We personally talk to each and every applicant, check their qualifications in a test cleaning and ensure security through collecting a clean police clearance certificate. Helpling is Europe’s leading online marketplace for cleaning services. On the website or via the Helpling App you can book your professionally trained, employed and reliable cleaner in 60 seconds.

The cleaning service from Helpling can be booked for 37.75 CHF per hour. The minimum time you can book a cleaning professional for is 2,5 hours. There are no extra costs and VAT is already included.

After booking one of our cleaners through the website or via App, you will receive a confirmation email. Here you have the possibility to check all order details. As soon as a cleaner accepts your request, you will be notified via SMS and email. Now you can get in contact with your cleaner.

Helpling stands for quality and expertise. Our services include:

  • Cleaning of all accessible surfaces, drawers and cupboards external parts
  • Wiping of mirrors and glass surfaces (window cleaning is not included)

Every customer is different and if it’s the cleaner’s first visit to your home, it’s good to give them some guidance. When your cleaner arrives, give them a tour and highlight your priorities and any fragile surfaces or items. Don’t forget to show the cleaner where to find your cleaning products and if you have any preferences or surfaces that need special care, make sure to let your cleaner know.

Please have all the important cleaning supplies at hand: Vacuum cleaner; mop with bucket; all-purpose cleaner; glass cleaner; lime scale and calcium deposit remover; toilet cleaner; various cloths / sponges.

We strongly recommend that you are home for the first clean of your booking to show your cleaner around. Many customers choose to give a spare key to their cleaner, but this decision is based on individual preferences.
